You may have seen David Montelongo on A&E’s reality TV show, “Flip This House”, at the time he was buying and selling more houses than anyone in the state of Texas. On his best month he purchased 26 properties! His company was chosen out of 400 other “flippin” Investors. In an interview David was quoted as saying,
“Looking back I’m sure we were chosen because we ran our Investment Company like a machine…Oh and my partner at the time was a “train wreck waiting to happen” and that always makes for good TV. I do realize that with great success comes great responsibility, so with that being said, I am extremely passionate about teaching others to create the success in their lives that I’ve created in mine.”
David Montelongo has been a business owner for the last 12 years; and has had an incredible career in Construction and Real Estate. In less than 3 years, he bought and sold over 250 properties including, single-family homes, historic architectural restoration projects, commercial purchases, apartment purchases, and has used just about every real estate investment strategy in the book.
Now, he specializes in structuring large commercial and bulk real estate transactions across the country by using the same basic skill-set he used when “flipping” single-family homes as he teaches his students to do the same.
He attributes his great success to his wife Melina, who has always been very passionate about marketing. David and Melina know that marketing is one of the two "Absolute Elements" to ANY business. David says the second is a solid product that offers tremendous value. Together they have built an incredible BRAND and they are helping others to do the same thing during their business seminars.
